MANIFEST REPORT - GUIDELINES T Report is an important feature on FFDM to be used as proof of delivery to Courier for your orders. The Manifest DHL/UPS will NOT accept any claims for lost packages without having this document SIGNED.
Procedure: On step 3, click on the truck symbol to open the Manifest Report menu. Then: 1.
Select the collection point for which you want to create the report (see more info on this at the bottom);
2.
Select the orders that will be collected together and then click “print” (don’t select what you won’t ship);

Upon collection ask the driver to sign the document. Keep it as a record.

Note: if you have both DHL and UPS pick-ups for the same collection point, two separate reports will be generated.
Multi Collection Points: If you ship your orders from more than one location, please generate & print a manifest report individually per collection point. On step 1/2 you need to select the collection point for each article.
