• Take Before & After photos • Document the process as you go. Your social media

followers should be used to seeing your creative work by now and will be excited to see a new project in the works • We KNOW you’re having fun with these projects by now!

Create a portfolio of your projects to take along to your Creative Gatherings. This will show attendees all the many things they can create!

ACTIVITY

Continue your weekly calls with your Leader… and schedule weekly calls with YOUR Makers Your weekly appointments to connect with your Leader have become an important part of your business. These calls are where you share your highs and lows, get valuable business insight, and more:

• You should schedule 30 minutes each week to strategize with your Leader • Be sure to use ten minutes of this call to talk about your own advancement to Team Leader • Discuss your Makers, their progress, and how you can support their advancement up the ranks

• Have a list of questions ready

This becomes a GREAT weekly idea exchange!

• Discuss the Creative Gatherings you and your Team Members held since your last call. Focus on what went well and figure out what you can tweak to have more success with upcoming events • Schedule 15 – 20 minute calls each week to encourage and guide your Maker(s) • Help guide them through their own GreatStart and SuccessGuide activities. These activities create the habits which lead to momentum! • Help them through any challenges they are experiencing. You will be their most supportive problem-solver! • Make sure they are using their calendars and practicing weekly planning to properly dedicate time to their business. • Ensure they are focusing on sponsoring Makers. Provide any encouragement or guidance they need to step into this leadership role!

Reach out to 15 new people each week and share all the ways they can participate in A Makers’ Studio

Schedule six new Creative Gatherings

Sponsor one new Maker

Make sure to do these activities three times a week, every week, during the times you choose to dedicate to your business:

Reach out FIVE NEW PEOPLE from your Contact List each time you are in your office and tell them all about your new business and how they can get involved.

• Invite each one to be a Host • Share the Reward & Redecorate Host Incentives to get them excited

about inviting their friends and family to a Creative Gathering • If you are consistent and connect with 15 new people each week (five per office time block), you should book 3-6 new events • Three Creative Gatherings scheduled IN THE CURRENT MONTH • Three Creative Gatherings Reconnect each week with for the upcoming month

five people you previously contacted. Refer to your notes on the conversation to ensure you can provide them with helpful information.

Follow up with 3-5 people you previously spoke to about A Makers’ Studio. Make sure they used the resources you sent them. Here are some ways you can follow up:

• They wanted to view your website before purchasing a product. Ask

if you can give them some tips on what supplies they need for their particular project and answer any questions they still have. • They needed time to think about having a Creative Gathering. Ask if they have any questions about the Reward & Redecorate Host Incentives. Share how many FREE and discounted products your last several Hosts were able to receive and enjoy. Be sure to share how fun it was and show them photos! • They had to check their schedule. Reconnect and ask what date and time they would like to meet with you to learn more about becoming a Maker. Or, what date and time they would like to host a Creative Gathering for you. Remind them that no matter what path they choose, A Makers’ Studio will provide them with everything they need to be successful! Invite every person you connect with - new or previously contacted - to join you in the business as a Maker:

• It’s so much more fun when you create with someone else. And at A Makers’ Studio we are creating the homes, businesses, and lifestyles we’ve always dreamed of together!

• Great benefits and rewards • Share the Opportunity Webinar found in your MakerOffice • Share the Comp Plan Webinar found in your MakerOffice • Connecting with 65 people each month should help

you bring 1 -2 new Makers onto your Team • Congratulations, you are growing your own Team and stepping into an important leadership role in your community! • You are well on your way to earning the title (and income!) of Three Star Team Leader!
