Anita's new hand painted Coronation vase, in a limited edition of 23 for the year 2023, is inspired by the National flowers of the UK, the Rose, Thistle, Daffodil and Shamrock, alongside a Union Jack, a Crown and her interpretation of King Charles' Cypher. She uses reactive glazes in rich colours and raised pearlescent detail over four firings to achieve her very distinctive style. The King Charles III Coronation Victoria Eggs range bears the National flowers from the UK along with oak, a symbol of strength and stability, and Ivy, the symbol of commitment, which trails throughout this intricately hand-drawn design. Subtle nods to the King’s life are hidden amongst the wildlife and foliage; the eagle, swords, and anchor representing the British Armed Forces, a parachute, pens, and paintbrushes –representing his love and support for the Arts, young people, the countryside and his life-long environmental activism.

This royal blue design has a gold silhouette of the King's portrait on both the front and back with the accession date, 8th September 2022. Underneath his portrait, we celebrate King Charles with the words, LONG LIVE THE KING.

Beautifully hand cut with an exquisite intaglio floral design incorporating a rose, thistle, shamrock and daffodil representing the National emblems of the United Kingdom. Each piece is engraved with the Royal Cypher and a limited edition number on the base and includes a numbered certificate.
