-Assist in the selection of furniture and other interior design elements for projects on campus. Including installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment for various spaces on campus. -Preparing and scheduling Space Surveys and other Space related tasks. -Supported the campus Space Administrator I, aiding in the management of the universities space resources. -Modified space data and university floor plans in order to provide information, recommendations and reports pertaining to space allocations as requested. -Assist/develop migration plans and coordinate moves/ relocations of major campus departments/offices. -Manage requests for signage by confirming correct space location, ordering the appropriate signage for said location and coordinating the installation of new signs. -Completing a full campus space survey of existing campus signage in order to begin process of updating all non compliant ADA signage. This also included developing in depth future plans for this process in the next 5 years.
