AGRITECTURE FINAL DESIGN THESIS
My proposed project will hold a name of ‘Agritecture’. ‘From the city to the city’, a phenomenon which ‘Agritecture’ will be implementing by targeting cities, moving agricultural lands from villages and farms to the heart of the cities, and reviving the meaning of agriculture through a vertical manner. Another main phenomenon that will be implemented by ‘Agritecture’ is ‘Farm to table’. My project will be having restaurants that harvest their supplies from the vertical farms, straight to the dining tables. ‘Agritecture’ will tend to tackle the agricultural problems, providing design solutions to be applied in the UAE. It will aim to increase the number of arable land to satisfy the needs of the overall population, decrease the number of imports, and implement a variation in the types of fruits and vegetables.

The concept was adopted from the aerial view of farmlands. The process of the design began by analysing multiple ways and techniques of farming. Based on the specific requirements of each type of farming type, a series of slabs were scattered horizontally and vertically. The slabs were segregated into various colours based on the sun requirements. The placement of the slabs was entirely controlled by the sun and the wind movements depending on the different categories of plants. The crown of the tower consists of multiple containers of soil that accommodate greenery from the inside and the outside of the building. The project design approach also allows the wind to penetrate.

MONTESSORI SCHOOL SCHOOL PROJECT
The following project is a school project located in Khorfakkan, UAE. The concept of the school project refers to connectivity. Connectivity is an important aspect in the school environment, therefore movement represents the theme of the project. Promoting movement in a school environment creates healthy minds for future generations. These movements are created through bridges connecting different spaces in long spans. Some of these bridges are a bit inclined to promote physical activity.

VILLE PANORAMIC URBAN PLANNING
The following project is an urban planning project. The site is located in St. Maxime, France. The project is divided into 7 clusters, each cluster contains residential and commercial spaces. These communities are zoned differently, from luxurious to domestic. They are connected with elongated pathways for smooth slope transitions. All different communities embrace a fluid form language enabling panoramic views for all surroundings of the site. The panoramic views have different levels and standards depending on the cluster.

THE SHOFFICE BIM
The following project is a replica of an existing project. It is basically an office. The following project was done completely using Revit. Shoffice (shed + office) is a garden pavilion containing a small office alongside garden storage space. Located to the rear of a 1950’s terraced house in St John’s Wood, the brief required the shoffice to be conceived of as a sculptural organically object that flowed into the garden space.

NURSERY PROJECT INTERNSHIP PROJECT
The following project is a nursery project I have worked on during my internship period. The nursery includes multiple classrooms and facilities designed for minors. Designing for minors was the most challenging part of the project. My duties included choosing different colours of the facade. This was done by researching different colour palettes and how does the colours affect the minors’ performance and their psychologically. I have also worked on various details like staircases and service rooms; as I had the opportunity to be able to work with an architect on rebuilding the nursery from scratch using Revit.
