The nightmare

THE NIGHTMARE ONE WILL I ONE COURSE I ONE WAY

With the world against her, will she be able to survive?

The shimmering lake shone through the trees, she could see it. Triss ran as fast as she could go and even faster she couldn’t give up, not now, not when it was time. The breeze grasped her and she tried to run free, she was frozen to the spot with fear. Was it true? Was she really going to die? She shook the thought out of her head as she managed free, she couldn’t stop, stop running, and stop trying to save her. Save the girl that actually cared about her, her life, and the fact that she was alive? If she died… If it was really true, then……. Then all remains of her, and memories of her will be lost, until she was back alive again. Unless she respawned. Yes, she isn’t normal. Yes she isn’t human. The only proof that she is real is lost, just like it disappeared out of nowhere. She isn’t robot, the only truth that I know is she is not like any superhuman or any of that jazz. We don’t know her type, but what looks real may not be real like it’s a hologram. Yes it’s true. Yes she’s not normal or at least human as I said earlier. Not being human nor robot but, as of her kind, can’t be determined. Maybe she was more than that, maybe that was the thing that couldn’t be known, maybe, her kind, was in danger. The scientists in the lab had no idea of what kind of DNA was hers…. It was black…. THREE WEEKS EARLIER Triss woke up to the sound of her alarm. She smacked her nightstand in hopes of hitting the buzzing clock. After hitting the thing five times she gave up and knocked it off the stand purposely and it stopped its annoying ringing. Triss’s room isn’t the all-time girly-girl room but it isn’t tomboy room either. Her room is vintage {that’s why she doesn’t let her siblings go in there} and has tons of antiques in there. As Triss went to her closet she noticed something different about her desk, the things on it were moved around and there was a note on it. Triss opened the note cautiously and read it. It said: GO ALONE DON’T LET ANYONE SEE YOU, AND BRING THE GIRL. OR THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES The next thing she knew… She was unconscious. When she woke up she was oblivious to all that was going on around her. The noise was horribly loud and getting louder by the second, and the air was chokingly dreadful. Then… She saw him… He was dressed in all black and had a chain in his hand. Triss thought she was hallucinating or dreaming…………. But……. It was real.
