BUSINESS HOTEL, COWORKING AND COMMUNITY SPACES Business hotels have always been very practically designed. In today's world especially with ever changing landscapes of Corporate & Trading Industry, an individuals physical presence in the space of business is no longer mandatory at all times. A person can simply visit the place of business for the required personal interaction & then continue with the work at a place of his/her convenience. So the proposal for this semester was to design a Business hotel with a Coworking Space along with a community space to support the local businesses and to promote inclusiveness while maintaining and respecting the functionality * ANNUAL COMPETETION ROOKIES TOP 11 * PROJECT SELECTED FOR THE SEMESTER FOR PUBLIC PRESENTATION

JAPAN PAVILLION ( GROUP OF 5) A public pavilion was to be propsed in new delhi where different pavilions would represent different pavilions. We took inspiration from origami to go ahead with the pavillion. Origamic architecture is a form of kirigami that involves the three-dimensional reproduction of architecture and monuments, on various scales, using cut-out and folded paper, usually thin paperboard. Visually, these creations are comparable to intricate 'pop-ups', indeed, some works are deliberately engineered to possess 'pop-up'-like properties.

SEOUL AUDITORIUM ( GROUP OF 5) The program for the new center consists of an auditorium hall with a capacity of 800 occupants with balconies compulsorily, a concert hall, a music conservatory, a museum, recording studios, and other support functions. You could add more spaces like the experimental studio/rehearsal room/exhibition room (take reference from your case study) etc. The complete exterior could be shaped as an accessible roof-scape.
