CONGRATULATIONS

VOCALS ATTORNEY OF THE YEAR 2021 AMBER WILSON BAGLEY CROSS, GUNTER, WITHERSPOON & GALCHUS

Amber Wilson Bagley has been a member of VOCALS since 2007. As a VOCALS attorney, Ms. Bagley has volunteered over 190 hours while representing 13 pro bono clients in central Arkansas. She has represented adult guardianships, minor guardianships, and litigating divorces where domestic abuse is present. In one case, Ms. Bagley successfully helped a grandmother obtain guardianship of her grandchild. Ms. Bagley is a member of the American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and the Arkansas Bar Association, where she has served as chair of the Health Law Section and is a tenured member of the House of Delegates for Pulaski County. Attorneys play a major role in our system of civil justice. Providing pro bono services can mean the difference between justice for some and justice for all. Therefore, pro bono service can be one of the most rewarding experiences in an attorney’s career and we want to honor that. Want to become a vocals member? You can donate your time and expertise by taking pro bono cases annually, or you can contribute by making an annual tax-deductible donation. Both Contributions and Volunteers help further legal assistance to low-income Arkansans. Contact Ivan Martinez at imartinez@arkansaslegalservices.org.
