Ground Floor & The Farm
The ground floor is all about the farm. The supermarket sells fruits and vegetables which are freshly picked from the farm. The farm-to-table restaurant uses products from the farm as well and prepares some food to sell in the supermarket. The customers can go to the farm and pick their food personally. Besides, the workshop produces herbal essence and other relating products. It can cooperate with the nearby hospital for certain herbal treatments.
Rainwater and Greywater Recycling System
Rainwater is collected from roof and balconys and the greenroof. The treated rainwater is continuously pumped to irrigation and to toilet tanks or possibly washing machine throughout the building. In winter, the snow on roof will melt into water due to the heater installed on the roof edge and then collected by rainwater collector. All the greywater is collected and channelled to the water tank in basement and reused for irragation or domestic usage af ter purified.
Every unit has a spacious balcony suitable for farming. Various kinds of balconies are avaliable. Such as, open-balconies with glass handrails, or with integrated planter boxes, and solarium balcony or any combination of the above.
