L.C.S. Production Company P O Box 6663 Abilene, TX 79608-6663 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject into the Canyon formation, Van Norman, well number 1.
The well is located approximately 5 miles Southwest of Aspermont, TX in the Guest (Canyon Sand) field in Stonewall County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 4,500 to 4,700 feet.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, As amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
