With over 30 years of experience of producing high quality and innovative water and energy efficiency products, Niagara Conservation has been one of the leaders among this industry. The company started in 1999 when over 30 electric cooperatives came together to build an organization to address the energy challenges faced by utilities and the residential and commercial consumers they serve.
Now joined with AM Conservation Group. In 2015, significant new investment was made into Service Concepts by energy efficiency product and services industry leader, AM Conservation Group, to greatly expand capabilities and enhance energy efficiency program support for our network of electric cooperatives. This web based reporting tool provides access to member data and account functions on a 24/7 basis.
Call Center Services We provide a full array of customized inbound help-desk and outbound promotional services. We also offer member-satisfaction related call center services. Our highly trained, professional and friendly, U.S. based, customer service representatives treat each Co-op’s members with respect, understanding and determination to resolve their inquiries and needs. Inbound Help Desk services include access to trained personnel who can answer questions ranging from proper light bulb installation, to the appropriate method of installing water heater insulation blankets.
