Christian Caregivers is a dedicated Elderly Assistance Service that believes home care is more than just helping their clients with daily activities. They believe it’s about making a difference in their lives. When Michelle Newton moved here from Virginia three years ago, she saw a need in Nassau County. “I’ve worked in the health care field for over twenty-five years and knew one day I wanted to start my own business. After taking time to build my ‘dream team’ of exceptional caregivers, Christian Caregivers was born.”

The most rewarding part of her job is building friendships between clients and caregivers. “I meet with every one of my clients. I find out exactly what their needs are and what kind of caregiver they’re looking for. There’s no greater feeling then receiving a call from a client telling me how much they love their caregiver. I know I’ve done my job and done it well,” says Michelle.

Christian Caregivers has exciting plans for the future. “My latest venture is adding Flying Care Companions to my services. If someone is unable to fly on their own but still wants to travel, our team of well-traveled caregivers will accompany them from departure to destination.
