David Grissett, Jacksonville native, Eagle Scout, and graduate of Episcopal School of Jacksonville and Florida State University, is Account Executive for Fernandina Beach’s Angel Watch Personal Care. With years of home health care experience, David quickly identified what he enjoyed most about his job. “The most rewarding part of my job is knowing we provide a valuable service to people by providing daily assistance and warm companionship to help keep our patients safe, independent, and empowered in their homes,” says David.

Angel Watch Personal Care, an Amedisys company, offers a range of services tailored to your circumstances. Some of Angel Watch’s services include assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, grocery delivery, laundry services, and medication and appointment reminders. They also offer companionship and emotional support for enhanced wellbeing, such as reading to their clients, engaging in conversation, and listening. Luckily, David’s life isn’t all work and no play. “When I’m not working, you can find me attending my son’s basketball games year-round or on my bicycle. Crystal Netherland knows firsthand how hectic it can be travelling with small children. Before she moved back to Amelia Island in June last year, she and her husband would travel with their two young boys from California to Amelia Island two or three times each year to visit family. “It’s a lot!
