We are super excited about what this young sire brings to the breed! His first offspring will be hitting the ground anytime and we could not be anymore anxious to see what they will turn out like. Black Frost is a total out-cross to any of the Who Da Man daughters or granddaughters which seem to be so popular in our breed today. This versatile young sire can be used in so many different ways! If he is bred to a Chiangus, halfblood Limmy or a half-blood Gelbvieh the result of such matings would include Chiangus, LimFlex and Balancer cattle. Black Frost is 10.4% Chi, over 82% Angus and less than 8% percent other. If this young sire breeds true he will add skeletal width, improve structural integrity, overall look and make them stouter featured. He is a THC, PHAF and a DSC. He should be used on mature cows not first calf heifers. We look forward to seeing his progeny in multiple breeds and we are excited to see this young sire make an impact in your program as well as ours.
