Our team can make your barn end doors incredibly personalized. We offer custom powder coat finishes, different glass configurations, and the ability to embed your logo into our doors. Rest assured, each American Stalls Barn Entry Door is custom designed and built to fit the style and measurements you need.

STEEL FABRICATION:

Steel: 100% United States made, 50ksi high tensile strength steel

Frame: 14GA 2”x2” square tube (2"x3" and 2"x4" available upon request)

1.5" punched u-channel

U-channel accepts standard grade construction kiln-dried lumber size (2'x6' or 2'x8')

U-channel built with 14GA steel

THE FINISH & DESIGN OPTIONS:

Steel Treatment: Pre-galvanized steel

Powder Coat: Custom TGIC polyester powder coat

Our zinc flow-coat galvanization has 30% more galvanization inside and out. All powder coating done in-house using rigorous quality control process.

Cross Bucks: 4" welded cross bucks available

Glass Upgrade: Installed, tempered glass available
