Hassan Phillips, I8, resides in Queens, NY. He attended Job Corp in Edison, NJ. There, he received certifications from Business Technology. He was a intern at a V.A. Hospital. His goals in NCCC are to develop leadership & social skills. He serves as the Media Representative. Hassan enjoys reading, writing, & arts, & hopes to have a career in Graphic Designs. Mignon Bryant, 22, is from Houston, TX. She graduated with her Associates in General Studies from San Jacinto College in Houston, TX. She serves as Corps Ambassador Program Rep & Health & Wellness Liaison as well as the Assistant Team Leader. Her goals in NCCC are to develop her leadership skills, learn more about herself & others, and to have fun! Thomas DeMasters, 21, is from Los Angeles, CA. He has been taking General Studies classes at Los Angeles Community College. He hopes to push himself physically and mentally over his Corps year and learn about himself and his team. He is serving as a Media Representative, Vehicle, Safety, Tools Officer and Assistant Team Leader.

Tom Benton, 20, born and raised in the Chicago. He attended two years of college at McHenry County College. He serves as Health & Wellness Liaison and the Community Council Rep. Tom loves the outdoors, listening to music, and loves to laugh. His goals is to help people, give his time and energy to something greater than just himself. Mercedes Abrams, 18, is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Youth Build Columbus. She serves as the Media Rep. She is very dedicated and a hard worker. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends on her free time, and she looks forward to get her hands dirty this year in NCCC. Travis Menig, 23, is from Detroit, MI. He is currently enrolled at a community college in Michigan. His goals is to obtain all around aspect on life. He serves NCCC as a Service Learning Initiator and the Team Trainer. He enjoys working with people and the outdoors. Travis wants to strive to be a better person all around. Tu Anh Tran, 22, is from Atlanta. She graduated from Emory University with a Biology Major and an Ethics minor. Her goal for her term with AmeriCorps NCCC is to do meaningful work and learn more about herself. She serves AmeriCorps NCCC as a Team Trainer and the Project Outreach Liaison of our team.

STAMPEDE! Tony Wadas, 24, from North Aurora, Illinois. Before he began his life in NCCC he was a Software Tester and worked on political campaigns. He was a member in Buffalo 3 last year and this year became its Team Leader! Tony enjoys playing the Mandolin, and riding his bike. After NCCC, he plans on going to law school.
