Weatherization, housing rehabilitation, and volunteer management.

Supporting the NY State VOAD with volunteer coordination and donations management. 04-Nov-2011 Finish staining building on site so they all match, creating paths throughout the program area, brush clean up and brush pile removal(due to hemlock disease), building trash can containers, painting the interior of buildings, and landscaping. 04-Nov-2011

Trail maintenance, developing/installing rain gardens, installing rain barrels, and historical cemetary restoration. 16-Sep-2011 Delivering supplies, event coordination, volunteer management, and warehouse maintenance and inventorying. 19-Oct-2011 Painting, light construction, and case management. 04-Nov-2011 Assisting with Coastal Clean up and Coast Day; making improvements to boardwalk at St. John's River Trail. Mucking, gutting, volunteer management, 211 call center operations, and data entry. Harvesting produce from the Kayam farm.

Event planning, coordination, logistics, preparing and clearing trails, garden preparation, composting, research, donations processing, and community outreach. Cleaning, removing debris, and painting. Mucking, gutting, volunteer management,and conducting damage assessments. Assisting in the completion of habitat home and helping to start up the local "A Bruch with Kindness" program. Coordinating volunteers and donations management. Debris removal, develop inventory for donations, volunteer coordination, and community outreach. Controlled burns and invasive species management. Working with the American Red Cross in support of the flooding vicitms from Hurricane Irene in Trenton, NJ. Members are doing trailwork, disaster cleanup from recent tornadoes, and caring for recently planted trees. Assisting in the rehabilitation of a newly acquired building that will house family service programs and will become a charter high school. Installing a 13 element, 2 mile Fitness Loop. Work includes trail clearing and maintenance, element area clearing and construction, and the rebuilding of two pedestrian/equestrian bridges on the route.

NCCC members will assist the American Red Cross with mass care needs in response to Hurricane Irene 24-hour monitoring of Missouri River levee by walking or ATV Develop basic construction skills by renovating flood damaged camp grounds Ecological restoration of arboretum that was developed by Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). Members will also assist outdoor education program for youth and nature tours for visitors. Construction and maintenance of existing trails in Benton County in need of attention since 2008 floods Assist with camp enhancements at Big Bay State Park; work to preserve native vegetation through invasive species removal Promote healthy living and lifestyle choices by mentoring school age children through and integrated outdoor education program Clean and sanitize homes affected by flooding; restore homes to safe and sanitary living space
