WHOLESALE TERMS

Hello!

We love working with retailers! To be considered for a wholesale account, please email wholesale@amitanair.com with your store name, location, url, and buyer contact information or visit www.amitanair.com and complete the wholesale inquiry.

Ordering

The easiest way to place an order is to visit us on Faire! Orders can also be placed via phone, email or by visiting my website and filling out a wholesale inquiry. Once I receive your order, I will email you an invoice including the cost of shipping.

Payment

The opening order minimum is $150 with a reorder minimum of $100. Amicreative accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required before shipment.

Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 4-7 days, however it may vary based on the holiday season. A ship date will be confirmed once you place your order. You can also email us prior to placing your order for an estimated ship date.

Shipping

Shipping costs are charged at order fulfillment and will be included in the final invoice. Amicreative ships worldwide via USPS with tracking, from my studio in Renton, Washington. Amicreative is not responsible for carrier delays. Most local orders will be hand delivered if possible.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. For returns, replacements, damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.

Display & Social Media

All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Box sets may not be broken up and sold individually. We love social media! Should you decide to post photos of our work, please tag us @amitanair.
