Marketing Campaign Components Michael Green and Associates has put together a variety of marketing ideas for you based on initial discussions and previous client experiences. These ideas range from traditional marketing techniques to more innovative ideas that involve viral and other marketing techniques. Some of the ideas can be used together and some of them relate to different target market segments. Luxury Video and High End Photography •Create a video and high resolution professional photographs to post on the Internet and YouTube that will have a massive wow factor. The idea is for the video to be so stimulating for the viewer that they feel the need to pass it on in a “viral” manner. Starting the initial spread of the video and story can be done through personal emails, posted on blogs, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media websites and if the message is successful it will spread to reach a large audience. It is also important to show the surrounding area features, which our marketing director will oversee while preparing the script for the video shoot. We have included a video that we produced for one of our luxury home clients in the Tampa Bay area. We can put together a cost proposal to create a similar video for your property.

Special Event / Open House •Hosting a special event / open house can be another effective way to generate awareness and create a positive image for your luxurious property. One idea is to host a broker open house by inviting all of the top luxury realtors in the world for a weekend stay to tour the property.
