1. Mosonmagyarovar: the camp as a revival landscape

On the palimpsest of the Danube meandrings, a new agricultural landscape is reactivated through the camp, making it productive, autonomous and connected to the region through commercial exchange, while giving more room to the water. the region is therefore better protected against flooding.

2. from the contextual design to replicability

A zoom-in: with a more flexibble grid that mimics the surroundings and the vernacular agriculural patterns, new possibilities emerge, houses around patios create semi privacy that is safer for kids, alongside agricultural lands, planted courtyards provide produce for families. on the edge of the camp, goods are exchanged with locals.

Updating the UNHCR guidebook with directives making the emergency response more contextual and sustainable.
