Packed with many years of experience, MY Foundation was co-founded by Civil Eng. Youssef M. Zaki in 2013 to provide the expertise required for the efficient co ordination of all construction phases. MY Foundation started its work through the implementation of projects in the field of contracting generally and Turnkey projects in particular. Over the past 4 years, we managed to establish a strong foothold in a diverse range of large residential, commercial and administration projects. Today, we are honored to be introduced as one of the leading execution contractors in Egypt, with a pretty long list of satisfied clients, featuring some of the country`s market leaders. From the early planning stages of a project through project closeout, we offer a comprehensive list of professional construction services for projects in the civil, commercial, residential, and implementation supervision.

HOW WE WORK
We do not follow a rigid formula or cookie cutter process in our unique way of design. In fact, we question everything during the process. We are always looking for better materials, methods, and options, We listen to our clients and their needs for expertise. We pay close attention to what’s right and relevant in a collaborative effort to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
* Pre-design and site examination: - Before offering any design concepts to our clients, we make sure to examine the site to discover its limitations and possibilities. Alongside with these features, we also consider the environmental, geographic, cultural, and behavioral in our way of thinking. Once a selection is made, we begin the research, experimentation, and creation. Each member of our diverse architectural team offers their specialized expertise to collaborate on and cover all the facets of a project, from the concept design stage to construction supervision.
* Conceptual sketches: - With a number of illustration techniques, we utilize depending on the proposed purpose, from conceptual sketches to highly detailed and realistic renderings to convey the concept and present an image of the finished project. Renderings also assist the client in obtaining financing, pre-leasing or attracting investors. That includes quick conceptual sketches, high-quality photorealistic images, animated walk-through/flybys and massing studies. * Construction documents: - To achieve the highest level of clarity, we prepare our construction documents with close coordination with various consultants, hold regular meetings and joint reviews and periodic quality control checks from start to completion. Clear construction documents are critical for: - the bidding process, to obtain clear and competitive bids. - the construction process, to assure the design intent is clearly and concisely communicated and eventually for maintenance and repairs throughout the life of the structure. * Contracts: - During the construction period, we’ll be conducting site observation visits, monitoring progress, preparing any required change orders, reviewing shop drawings, and paying applications. We involve ourselves to represent the owner and to respond to any contractor inquiries, answer any questions, and address any concerns they may have. * Finishing up: - Interior design completes the project and goes a long way in defining the image or identifying the structure. Our entire design team collaborates with the client in defining the image and how to achieve it in the selection of colors, materials, textures, and FF&E.

Also, we are in the field of general contracting and public procurement as well as having our own private sections regarding architecture, civil, constructing, mechanical, and electrical designs.
