Amir Prestige is certainly talk of the town, with the Agency continuing to dominate the prestige sector of the Gold Coast real estate market, building upon an incredibly successful financial year. With innumerable street, estate and suburb records, the seemingly interminable strength of the property market can truly only be described as dramatic. From the beachside market to the hinterland, to the extravagant Sovereign Islands of the north, luxury properties are continuing to sell before Auction or even hitting the market – a trend that was otherwise seen as a rarity in property precedent. Even more so, a significant amount offmarket opportunities are becoming available, with sellers achieving record breaking houses prices on their homes in a short period of time. In the past few weeks our Agency has exemplified this numerous times. ‘65 Albatross Avenue, Mermaid Beach’ was sold for $15.85 million in seven days with Amir Prestige, showcasing that you cannot put a price tag on a luxurious beachfront lifestyle.

To the north, ‘17 Chesterfield Place, Runaway Bay’ sold for a Runaway Bay Price Record in one day with Jeff Sturgess for $2,550,000, while a Residential Site Record of $11,000,000 was achieved on ’10 Goodwin Terrace, Burleigh Heads’. This three-level residential home on a sprawling Isle of Capri estate sold to a buyer from Sydney, as the appetite for luxury property in this state reaches unprecedented heights. Principal of Amir Prestige, Amir Mian, noted that “COVID-19 had accelerated the demand for Gold Coast property, particularly from international and interstate buyers, but it was a trend that had slowly been growing regardless”.

More and more suburbs are joining the ‘million-dollar club’ with our Agency selling homes in Oxenford, Pacific Pines and Gaven for prices exceeding one million dollars – including the record-breaking sale of ’20 Calypso Court, Oxenford’ – a split-level suburban home achieving just on one million dollars with Agent Emma Gregory. As the price raises into the $1,500 - $5,000 per week, the frenzy certainly does slow down. METHOD: Roughly chop the carrots, onion, garlic and ginger into large chunks and place inside the "teabag" or a muslin cloth. Turn your pot onto high heat. Add a drizzle of oil to the pot and add the chicken drumsticks to the pot until browned. Once browned, add the teabag, along with enough filtered water to fully cover the teabag. Roughly chop the Spring Onions and add to the pot. Bring to the boil, and let simmer for 2-3hrs. Remove the teabag and chicken pieces. Remove the chicken meat from the bone, roughly chop and place into your bowl. Add a couple of squirts of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and white pepper. Ladle the bone broth into the bowl and top with spring onions
