250g Firm Tofu 1 bunch of broccoli 1 Tbs Fresh Ginger 1/4 cup Spring Onions 2 Tbs Sesame Oil 2 Tbs Vegetable Oil 4 Tsp Kikkoman Soy White Pepper Black Vinegar 1/2 cup of water Mixing Bowl Frying Pan with lid Small dipping bowl
THE PERFECT ADDITION TO MEATLESS MONDAY DINNERS.
METHOD: - Press the Tofu - Blanch your broccoli - Chop your ginger, spring onions and blanched broccoli - Mix your ginger, broccoli, spring onions into a bowl - Add your sesame oil and soy sauce mix through - Crumble your pressed tofu and white pepper into the bowl and mix - Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of mixture into your dumpling cases - Wrap your dumplings - Add potstickers to your hot pan with oil. - Once the base of your dumpling is golden and 5tsp of water - Let dumplings steam for a couple of minutes till water is evaporated - Once water is evaporated take the lid of and let them sit until the base is crispy.
SAUCE In your dipping bowl using 50/50 ration add Kikkoman soy, black vinegar mix, then add sesame oil and white pepper mix with chopsticks
