The infamous Las Terrazas apartments in Benidorm on the Spanish Costa Blanca are no more , they have been demolished and now the owners of the site have to decide what to do with it . The apartments were a relic of the 60´s Benidorm and the cleared site stretches from the Avenida del Mediteraneo to the Levante beach promenade .They were low rise apartments and there is no doubt that it will be high rise that replaces them . There are law suits to be resolved and also decisions to be made amongst those that own the site . At the moment all are in favour of renting out the site and several companies have already approached the Las Terrazas Property Owners Association with ideas .Eight proposals have been received and these have been whittled down to two .Whichever is finally chosen they will not be up and running until next summer . One envisages a shopping centre run by a well known national chain and the other a gourmet food market . Check Out The Full Indepth Details Here: Benidorm | Proposals For Empty Benidorm Site
