One of Spain´s top horse breeders and showmen is returned to work in Dolores after he spent a night in hospital recently .He had been performing in Torremendo when he was in a great deal of pain .Juan Cortes was taking painkillers to ease pain ahead of the show .It appears that he had a lot of fluid on his elbow and the pain became worse as the evening progressed .It was that pain which led him to go to hospital . The Horse and Flamenco Show is directed by Cortes and Emma Tytherleigh . Cortes was a former rider with the Royal Andalucian School of Jerez .He was kept in hospital overnight . The day after the hospitalisation he was back at work which is quite typical of the man .Cortes was a world leader in Classical Dressage and was born and raised in Cordoba but now owns a stud farm in Dolores .
