The Valencia region has shown the biggest increase in employment since July 2013 .There are almost 45,000 people back in work .This brings the total of unemployed to 524,099 people , 7.82% less than at the same time last year . This data has come from the Ministry of Employment and Social security and it also shows that in Spain the total jobless fell in July by 29,800 people . However in the Murcia region unemployment rose by 1.23 % where an additional 550 signed on the dole , bringing the total to 139,101. In Alicante 91,770 of those unemployed are men , 106,000 are women and 14,000 are aged under 25 , almost 50 :50 men and women . The unions are still concerned about those people who are not receiving any social security and equally , for those employed , many are not receiving a living wage .This would protect 250,000 people in the Valencia region alone . Those on unemployment benefit get 426 euros a month and when this runs out the unions say they get just 21% of that amount .They are stressing that the unemployment figures do not give the complete picture and the amount of poverty that exists . They say that there is an added devaluation of salaries as more become part time employed and others are on temporary contracts. What is happening to the 250,000 in the region who receive nothing ?The young are the worst neglected and most affected , says the PSOE employment secretary . She warns that the improvements will not be permanent and will not last beyond the summer . Check Out The Full Indepth Details Here: Valencia | Biggest Increase In Employment In A Year
