OEKOTEX®

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. The OEKO-TEX® testing institutes use it for the globally standardised certification of the safety of textile products in terms of human health. This involves subjecting not only the textiles themselves, but also upstream products and all the components of the product to thorough testing. Products that pass this test are permitted to bear the label “OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 – Textiles you can trust.” The certification is valid for one year. We only use materials certified by OEKO-TEX® in our production process.

TENCEL™ Modal

• TENCEL™ Modal fibers are derived from wood grown under controlled, sustainable forestry conditions

• These fibers are produced through an innovative process with low environmental impact

• It is a sustainable material made from ECONYL® Nylon thread and LYCRA® Xtra Life™ elastic thread

• It offers excellent UV protection up to SPF 50+, it’s breathable and twice as resistant to chlorine, sun creams and oils

• Amazingly soft, it offers a two-way stretch for a perfect fit

ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon

• ECONYL® yarn is a regenerated Nylon fiber that has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality

• It is also very environmentally friendly: ECONYL® yarn is made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, carpet flooring and industrial plastic

LYCRA® Xtra Life™

• LYCRA® Xtra Life™ Spandex ensures long lasting fit and shape retention

• It is up to 10x more resistant to harmful effects of the swim environment like suntan lotion, heat and chlorine than unprotected Spandex
