Design Fitness and Spa under the concept of a heavenly palace in the middle of the garden, transforming Vimal to be like a residence of angels surrounded by many types of white flowers.

To make the building have a Modern Luxury Style design, it is located in the middle of the landscape and has an aluminium floor that is next to the pool. The placement’s purpose is so that the structure reflects the sky and produces an effect that looks like it's floating.

The products are created to match the mood and tone of the building. The flowers used to make the product are white flowers and the nourishing treatments are created from the extracts of seven local herbs. A feeling of relaxation will be achieved through the usage of all the products. All scents are scents associated with the flower garden according to the concept.

Highlight of Vimal is the outdoor yoga zone that has spa massage rooms with an ensuite bathroom and a changing room overlooking the swimming pool and a panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River.

Customers can relax with various massages to treat fatigue. Spa rooms are divided into three types: Sand bath spa room, Aroma spa room, and Spa treatment room.

The spa room design is modern, white, and simple. It is decorated with white flowers that symbolize Vimal. Inside the spa room, there is a pressure bathtub that can give body massages and a gorgeous view overlooking the garden and a high-rise building view.

The fitness room is decorated in the modern luxury style and utilizes the LED lights to show the slickness and speed. The materials used are shiny, which maintains a charming and classy look. In the exercise zone, there are treadmills, trainers, a stage for practising boxing, and a climbing wall zone for those who like a challenge. All of these rooms have a magnificent view of the Chao Phraya River.

There are three separate pools in the spa: two salt pools and a water pressure pool. Men and women have separate shower rooms and dressing rooms on both sides of the area.The spa also has a nice view of the garden outside the building, where people will do outdoor spa activities and yoga.

The Building has been designed to match the local environment of Double Space, and the open spaces inside look airy and lightfilled. The color scheme is reddishorange from the color of the sun and red lotus, which is a symbol of Ubon Ratchathani. Thebuilding’s facade is influenced by the form of the " Khit " pattern from the Kab Bua red cloth.

The second floor’s front area has a good view so it is set as a co-working space. The east area has an open exhibition that receives sunlight for a short period in the morning to late afternoon. The zone allows the visitors to be able to walk around the exhibition and the front area has a lotus pond that moves when the cool wind blows. In the west area, there is an indoor and outdoor restaurant. The garden outside this restaurant is arranged in a way that causes a breeze to blow into the restaurant.

Through the site analysis, we found that the location is easily accessible for tourists. It’s not far from public transportation and famous attractions in Ubon Ratchathani. Not only that, it is surrounded by indigenous villages where their lifestyle can be studied by tourists who visit the visitor centre.

The visitor centre is designed under the concept of “Pattamon-Yonsaeng”, the meaning of word “Ubon”, which tells the background and charm of Ubon Ratchathani Province. “Ubon” refers to the “Pattamon” or lotus flower that shows off its beauty above the water and is ready to bloom in the light of dawn.

The lobby is designed with ceilings that have glass panels for natural light to come in. As for the reception, the back wall was inspired by the rising sun. The logo is changed to the sun rising from the mountain, which aligns with the interior design’s concept. The sunleaf shutters allow natural wind to come through, which gives visitors a homey feeling of the Northeast.The entrance to the exhibit gives information about the attractions near the service centre along the Mekong River.

The reception is a ticketing zone used as a wristband with a chip that can record various activities within the event. The exhibition tells the story of the 70's Thai Ballad Songs where visitors can rent costumes from the museum.

The purpose of this exhibition is to revive the charm of Thai Ballad music that is fading away for those who visit the Kangwhalkrung Exhibition to experience the old days again. Thai Ballads from the old days are slowly being forgotten by the people today. Fading from the present, the time in the hourglass is about to run out. Kangwhalkrung’s purpose is to continuously flip over the hourglass, giving Thai Ballad songs immortality and infinite existence in people’s hearts. The first exhibition room simulates the atmosphere of the past through telling the history of each famous singer during each period of time.

Inside the exhibition room, a touchscreen composer screen simulates us as a composer. The gimmick is that visitors can choose their lyrics from a pre-existing poem pattern or compose it by themselves. Then, they can update the information by tapping the given wristband. On weekdays, the Concert Hall will hold a concert of local singers who coordinate with community associations to create activities for the elderly. Whenever there is no singer, it will be an area to support the Dance Association performing Thai Ballad songs to make the museum lively every Saturday and Sunday. Suntaraphon band artists will be invited to sing with a group of famous young and old artists to add color to people’s lives and attract teenagers, who are the target group.

A souvenir from the exhibition is the Cassette tape box. Inside the box is a flash drive containing music that has been composed from the first room.

There is a music box that was designed from an ancient telephone booth that allows visitors to roleplay as a composer. The highlight is that visitors can choose the melody by pressing the numbers to hear the song over the telephone line and select the tune they want to compose. Then, they can update the information via the wristband.

Bangkok Noi Hotel & Bistro

The concept of this design is combining the old with the new. The appearance of the building comes from the context of Thai stilt houses in the Bangkok Noi local community, in which there is an elevated space under the house. There is a central connecting corridor for people to share the area. The home is usually located next to the waterfront with a gable roof. We renovated the existing building and redesigned it for a better experience. Bringing the decoration from the original and placing it in a new way creates an atmosphere to reminisce old memories again.

All guests come in to relax and celebrate themselves no matter what they’re facing. Once you enter this place, everyone will enjoy, socialize in parties, and meet new people, which is a great way to destress after a pandemic that has kept us away from interacting with each other for such a long time. The hotel is only minutes away Silom Road, which is known as the road of diversity. There are many pubs and bars with people of various nationalities, religions, and genders. Visitors from diverse backgrounds will meet in this LGBTQ-friendly hotel, which welcomes all travellers as if they were a celebrity.

" Celebrate to be a celebrity "

The bar concept is Cinnabar, which means red or mercury, a symbol of wealth and dignity. This is a bar where visitors can genuinely celebrate themselves. A walkway will connect to the dressing room above. After getting dressed, visitors can walk through the red carpet to express themselves. Utilizing the concept "noir de noir" or “black that isn’t black”, the room is decorated in black and white tones to achieve the desired mood and tone. This allows the guests to add colors and vibrancy to the room with their expressive clothes, making them stand out.

The concept is " Grab Grow Green," meaning Grab is ready to grow in a clean and nature-loving path. "Grow" is Grab's strategy today, and “Green” here refers to the color of nature that Grab wants to preserve, protect, and develop. We designed Grab's office not only for sitting and working, but also for employees to rest and relax. This is achieved through the convenient facilities within the office.

The floor plan is inspired from the road lines, which comes from the idea of Grab drivers driving on the road. The furniture plan has been designed as a free-form line, influenced from the company’s friendly, non-stressful values and characteristics. The office has eye resting points placed in various areas using both real and fake trees.

This is the co-working area where employees can sit or lay down comfortably while working. In addition, it is also where customers or people coming to do business can meet with their person of appointment. Trees and plants are placed throughout this area to relieve the eyes. The line on the walls mimic the steepness in natural land. The green cushions have storage behind it to optimize all the available space.

The meeting room is located close to the entrance so that people who come to do business wouldn't have to walk through the working area. It is designed to have a 360 degree glass view so the space isn’t too

stress-inducing and offers views of the

plants along the glass from the outside area to rest their eyes. The curved lights, which are influenced from road lines, have a futuristic yet modern design to make the room more aesthetically pleasing.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have forgotten about the colors in their lives. This prompts us to introduce the concept of " covid with color" by bringing colors from the "Ready-Made Color" concept, which is achieved through observing the site's context and surroundings then utilizing those colors in the designed area. To present living together during Covid, multicolor clothes were brought together through the inspiration from how ancient people tied 3 different-colored cloths together. A place in Talat Noi clearly illustrates the idea of "New Normal Old Color", where we will also get our inspiration.

Since we are Thai people, whenever problems arise, we will always go through it with smiles , colors, and laughter.
