It’s such a pretty project, (sticky, yes, but pretty) and makes a great gift or a fun accessory for the kitchen. Read on and start infusing!

Honey Crystalized ginger Cinnamon sticks Mason jar (We added tea to the mix -infused honey tastes lovely in a cup of tea.)




THE INFUSING PROCESS Po u r y o u r h o n e y h a l f f u l l i n t o a m a s o n j a r o r s o m e t h i n g t h a t will insulate it and keep it sealed. Fill the mason jar with your ingredients! The more you add, the stronger the flavor will be. And the less you add, the more mild it will be. Give it a s t i r, t h e n t o p o f f y o u r j a r w i t h h o n e y. C o v e r w i t h a l i d t h e n allow your honey to infuse for about 5 days. The longer you let it infuse, the stronger the flavor will be – so tr y not to g e t t o o a n t s y.
