This is a cookbook filled with illustrated cupcake recipes of vaious levels. Each recipe has easy to follow pictures and direcions and a photograph of what the outcome will look like. The levels of difficulty range from easy to hard. The easy cupcakes are meant for beginers or just a quick cupcake. The medium cupcakes are a little more difficult and have a longer prep time. The hard level cupcakes are made from scratch, they have a long prep time and are more difficult than all the other recipes.

Easy Cupcakes


ingredients

Banana Chocolate Chip Cupc cupcake cake

1 box red velvet cake mix

2 ripe bananas

1. Preheat oven to 375째F and line cupcake trays 2. Prepare cake mix according to box 3. Smash bananas 4. Add chocolate chips and banana to batter 5. Fill cupcake liners with batter 6. Bake 20-22 minutes 7. Let cool 8. Start frosting, mix softened cream cheese, butter, and vanilla

9. Gradually add sugar (if too thick add milk, if too thin add more sugar) 10. Fill frosting bag with frosting 11. Refridgerate until ready to use 12. Frost cooled cupcakes

Medium Cupcakes

1 box yellow cake mix

2 eggs

1 cup apple juice

1. Preheat oven to 325째F and line cupcake trays 2. Combine all ingredients except pie filling 3. Mix with eletric mixer 4. Fill cupcake liners with batter 5. Coursly chop apple pie filling 6. Scoop apples on top of batter 7. Bake 17-19 minutes 8. Let cool

Hard Cupcakes

Place oreo in each liner and cut a peice of filling and place in each liner 5. Prepare cake mix according to box 6. Fill cupcake liners with batter, on top of oreo and filling 7. Bake 18-20 minutes
