The new 19,000 square-foot training facility offers athletes of all ages a variety of different basketballfocused workouts to enhance their game.

Used by major colleges and NBA teams and players nationwide, the state-of-the-art Shoot 360 technology uses a data-driven approach to help basketball players train and develop fundamental basketball skills, such as shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, and more. Shoot 360’s patented technology allows athletes to receive instant audio and visual feedback during their training sessions so that they can make necessary adjustments and corrections in real-time. Using this patented technology, athletes can engage in interactive training and challenges individually or as a group, allowing teams to develop a regimen designed specifically to maximize their collective development

The new Memphis location boasts eight shooting cages and eight skill training bays. Shooting cages allow players to receive feedback on the arc and depth of their shot, while the skill training bays focus on assisting players with their ball-handling skills via a series of guided workouts with a trainer.

The facility also houses a regulation-size half-court and a designated area with free weights. While the atmosphere and amenities are upscale and high-tech, the facility is inviting to players of all ages and skill levels, bringing a muchneeded resource to the Memphis metro area.

Open 7 days a week, members schedule their workouts through an app, allowing athletes to ensure they have access to equipment when it’s time to train.
