Our clients have demonstrated the accuracy to this truth as Executive Real Estate has continued to grow and prosper into the successful firm it is today. We are forever grateful of the instilled trust in our agents and company from our many clients past and present, as well as our growing referral network. Executive started as a Real Estate firm in 2005 with Amy Rio and a handful of Agents that worked alongside her at a prior office. This was before the concept of agent teams existed. It started when Amy began the Real Estate industry at the ripe age of 18. Fresh out of high school Amy started working at Century 21 Village Green of Glastonbury. Amy was this little and inexperienced girl lost in a large and foreign world of Real Estate. Her first few months were difficult. She had to borrow gas money to get to her appointments and she felt like she was just spinning her wheels and not moving forward.
Little did Amy know that a certain sales contest, with a winning prize for a trip to New York City, would catapult her into opening and managing her own Real Estate brokerage. Having never been to NYC, Amy thought it would be amazing to not only win the prestige of the contest, but to also win the trip. In order to win, she devised and surpassed her plan to obtain the goal of ten Real Estate transactions within a month span, and won. Amy found that setting a goal helped her achieve what she truly wanted. From that on, she spent every month setting goals “Dedication, hard work, customer service, point and attaining them.
