Welcome Thank you for taking an interest in my photography as well as the time to review this guide. It’s full of information and ideas that I hope you’ll find useful. There a million things you can do with a digital image these days, but I don’t offer a million things. Instead, I offer a carefully selected group of beautiful, long-lasting quality products, ones that will stand out as showcase art pieces in your home for years to come. Read on to find out all the ways you can display your images from Amy Sayre Photography.
Session Fees
You can’t have art worthy images without images first, so let’s begin with the session itself. My portrait fees begin at $150. Your session fee includes up to five people. For anyone additional, there is a $25 per person charge. Locations outside of Chicago city limits are subject to a travel fee. Prices are subject to change at any time. When you purchase a session with Amy Sayre Photography, you’ll be asked to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.The remainder of your session fee will be due at the start of your shoot and can be paid via cash or check. The session fee covers the cost of the photographer’s time and talent, and does not include any products or digital negatives. For products you can purchase, sizes and pricing, please keep reading.
After Your Shoot A couple of weeks after your shoot, you’ll receive an email from me with a link to your proofs in an online gallery. Your proofs will be available for online viewing for three weeks. During that time, you can share your gallery and place your order. All galleries are removed and archived after three weeks. There is a $50 fee to unarchive a gallery. Don’t worry though. I won’t leave you stranded. Once you have your proofs, I also will provide you with unique ideas for how to display your photos in your home. And for any product you order - be it a print, luxe frame, gallery wrap or an album - you will get the corresponding high resolution image at no additional charge. I put a lot of work into giving you beautiful images, so it’s only fair that what I offer showcases your photos in the best way possible. What follows in this guide are the several products to do just that.

Prints These are not your average Snapfish prints. I edit my photos specifically for printing through my lab, guaranteeing that what you see on your screen is what you will get in your hands. And these prints are made to last. Your photos can be printed on one of three different kinds of paper, all guaranteed to retain their archival quality for at least the next 100 years. Choose a lustre coating or linen finish for an even more beautiful and durable print. When you order any print, you will receive its high resolution digital image for no additional charge.

Which paper should you choose? For a premium paper with accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh tone reproduction, and brighter colors, choose Kodak’s Professional Portra Endura E-Surface paper. Want a paper that will make your images really pop? Try the Kodak Professional Endura Metallic paper. It offers a unique pearlescent surface that will make flesh tones look natural, details crisp and colors beautifully saturated. If a true black and white is what you are after, you can do no better than Ilford True Digital Black and White paper. It’s a panchromatic, resincoated paper that is specifically designed for making continuoustone B&W prints directly from digital images in digital exposing systems.
Framing Prints are wonderful, but they truly shine when framed and matted. You can order one of five classic framing finishes: black flat, white flat, black metal, silver metal or espresso walnut. Choose white or black two-inch mats, or no mats at all if that is what suits your home’s decor. Frames can be purchased individually or hung in groups for a truly unique custom art piece.
Sizes and Prices Final framing prices depend on the print size, matting selected and photo finishes applied. Any size print I offer can be framed. Frame prices range from $20 to $125 depending on the size print you order.
Gallery Wraps Bring a contemporary edge to your images, and create a high end art piece worthy of any museum wall with gallery wraps. Your images will be printed on premier art canvas and wrapped around a 1.5’’ thick wooden stretcher frame. Purchase them individually or in groups, ready to hang as a large art installation in your home. When you order any wrap, you will receive its high resolution digital image for no additional charge.

Luxe Frames Elevate your framed prints to a class of their own. In four shapes and five colors, these chic, stylish Luxe Frames let you have your print and frame it, too, all in one step. Albums Albums are custom designed by Amy Sayre Photography and bound in a layflat album. The layflat album gets its name for its seamless binding. Your images won’t get lost in the crease in these books. Albums can be printed on matte or glossy paper. Your 20 pages album will include a custom designed cover by Amy Sayre Photography and 25 to 40 images.

Digital Negatives
Have your cake and eat it too! In this day and age, I know people are accustomed to receiving digital negatives, and I don’t want to hold yours for ransom. But I also want to make sure that I can dedicate time to work on your files and ensure that whatever you do with them, they will look spectacular. When you purchase a digital image you will have the option to print your photos where ever you like or to display your images on the web. Each digital file you select will be processed in both color and black and white.

Custom Wall Art
