How centralized is the organizational structure? Do subordinates participate in decisionmaking activities?
What theory, approach, style, method or system do they use and emphasize?
What are their notable achievements, awards, project successes, or inventions?
What are its specific issues, problems?
What is their product or service?
How are the products made or services offered?
Who uses or purchases these?
What is its financial status and stability?
What were its gross sales last year? How does that compare with its competitors?
Who are its competitors and how do they compare?
What are the specific duties and responsibilities of potential job openings?
What kind of training do new employees receive? Are there ongoing types of training?
What kind of benefits exist for employees? (medical/dental, recreation, profitsharing, etc.)
What is the staff turnover rate in the organization?
To what degree is the company committed to solving community problems?
