OLDER ADULT PROGRAMS

Active Older Adult Resources

The City of Anaheim provides an array of programs and services to benefit the health and wellbeing of our Older Adults. The Active Older Adult Programs include social and recreational activities to support the needs of older adults and to maintain independence. Due to the current pandemic environment, the services available to seniors include weekly frozen meal distribution and transportation services. Prepared frozen meals are available weekly for ages 60 and above with no income requirements. The purpose is to help older adults have a balanced meal once a day without having to go out to the stores during the pandemic.

For the most up to date information please call 714-765-4511. Please feel free to leave a message with questions, requests or concerns. Meals are available until supplies are exhausted.
