You are organizing the 1st Orange Talk Show on March 8. What is this new event?

Even before joining the Orange Group, gender equality has always been at the heart of my commitments. The issue of women in the digital world is

a real challenge for society. 5% of coders in the world are women. 30% of the jobs of 2030 do not yet exist and will be linked to digital technology. Digital technology is at the heart in terms of what is at stake for employability and for Africa when it comes to women’s empowerment.

The program, organized on International Women’s Day on March 8, is in fact the teaser for a larger scale event that will be held, health conditions permitting, in the last quarter of the year. Indeed, as soon as I arrived, I launched a program, Hello Women
