EMERGING TREND
Latinamerican Student Competition The competition was hosted in San Jose, Costa Rica in which latinamerican students´ participated in the Architecture Biennale “Emerging Trend” Clefa. This project was selected among top twenty designs. This mix-used building has been derived in response to reduce the ecological impact and achieve passive low energy; with one commercial storey and six storeys of apartments constructed with containers usign metal structure and moorings to support it. A sustainable building located in the center of the city, it was proposed to have commerce, office, and housing areas for the people who work near this sector that facilitate the mobility and reduce time to move from one place to another; also it merges with its context and implements passive solution.

PALACIO MAYA Restoration Proposal
3 After the earthquake on November 7, 2012 in San Marcos, Guatemala; a majority of housign suffered physical damages in the construction sector including this architectural building with mayan concept. I collaborated doing the 3D modeling with every damage suffered per ambient. The architect in charge has to analyze where the structure has failed and collapsed to propose the restoration for every place and ammend the physical damages. CULTURA VIVA PARK
Municipality´s Park Competition The Municipality of Guatemala held the competition to create a recreational park in a residential zone in Guatemala City for the citizens living near, where they can develop multiple activities related to health, exercise and social activities. This project was among Top 15 design. The proposal was to communicate the three blocks of a secondary street creating a continual path in the middle with accesibility from young to older people. Every block it is destinated to a certain age, the first one is for children, the second and third it´s for young adults, adults and elderly people. In the perimeter it is mark off a bike lane. The proposal was conceived with an abstract auric pattern and it were design different murals painted with cultural messages in the entry showing Guatemala history,

BAMBOO PARK
Municipality´s Proposal
This project demonstrate two design proposal for the Bamboo Park of the Municipality´s. The first one (left) it is designed to have large public spaces complemented with urban furnishing for the people to recreate; to adapt the natural topography and break the monotony of it, it was designed with different platforms varying the heights which is conected with ramps and stairs. The second one (right) it has been designed to have a centre of bamboo´s teaching and manufacturing. It was created to have an area of exhibition, classrooms, practical center, cafeteria and a high view platform surrounded with bamboo´s plant. Both of the proposal have its gardening and different kinds of bamboo´s sowing which is connected with different paths giving the visitors and students a tour in the park.

The lighting design proposal for the church Nuestra Señora de la Asunción located in zone 2 of capital City was to have general lighting using T8 fluorescent creating an indirect ambient and accent the niches and images in the altar it were proposed to used Par 20 Spotlights Metal Hallide to highlight the religious elements.

LEAL´S RESIDENCE Lighting Design
7 Modeling Leal´s Residence for the lighting proposal both interior and exterior. The owners required all Led lighting to have low energy consumption and efficient lighting with its luminaire. They desired the facade lighted with decorative luminaires and in the interiors it was proposed to use downlights and spotlights according to the function of the space, the lighting meet the requirements of the illuminance level; also in the entrance they have a sculpture in the middle of the garden which it is lighed with 4 spotlights to accent the piece of art.
SPECTRUM OFFICE Lighting Design
8 The lighting design for this corporate office interiors SPECTRUM required all Led luminaires and its lighting must qualify in the LEED Certification also it must have all the illuminance level depending the function of the space. For the open office and meeting rooms it were proposed to use linear suspended luminaires and for the social spaces as the cafeteria, dining and coffee area it were used decorative luminaires and MR16 downlights; for all the corridors it were used suspended cylinders for general lighting. The renderings below show the calculation and the pseudo colors of the spaces, from left to right it is the open office, the bathroom and dining area.

The lighting proposal for this church was using the best and lowest cost luminaires to mantain a low budget. The proposal was to use indirect lighting in the atrium to have general lighting and it were used MR16 spots to light the wooded ceiling boxes and used spotlight to focus the religious images. In the facade it was lighted specific elements such as the entrance, the cross, the bells and the curved concrete wall from the side. It was proposed to use led lighting for the parking lot, fluorescent and metal halide lighting in the interior of the church for accent elements.
MOLINA´S RESIDENCE
Lighting Design
The lighting design for this colonial, wooded residence was to light the spaces without using recessed luminaires because of the height and slope of the ceiling, therefore it was proposed to use MR16 tracks and surface mounted luminaires all with LED technology both for interiors and exteriors usign decorative lighting,

SUR PLAZA MALL Lighting Design
The lighting design for this commercial project was to merge the design with the architecture; in the first proposal (left) it was designed for both general and decorative lighting a proposal of recessed round luminaire of 1 meter diameter that plays with the floor and cantilever complementing it with indirect lighting; and in the second proposal (right) it was used a lighting pattern with downlights and linear luminaires, this design it was created to have a rhythm to satisfy both esthetics and funtional, also in this proposal it was used the indirect lighting with T8 fluorescent lamp.
11 In the renders below it shows two proposal for lighting the staircase of the mall. The first one was to incorporate a sober design to complement the round luminaires of the plaza using indirect lighting in ceiling and floor. As the same in the second proposal it was used linear luminaires creating a sense of moving with this thin Led luminaire.
