: To design the layout and interiors for multilevel co-working space in downtown Hyderabad city.
: Madhapur, Hyderabad, India : 2018 -2020 • To design this co-working space, a case study was built around the usage profile based on time-of-day, capacity of each cabin, occupational health and safety requirements, fire regulations, and aesthetics. • The long and narrow aspect ratio of the space drove several design decisions especially regarding break out spaces (conference rooms and lounging areas), width of corridors and distribution of capacity. • An extensive study on the anthropometry and ergonomics of typical workspaces led us to create a basic structure for each of these individual spaces.

A Presidential Library - different from the concept in the USA - is a social project that would inspire people to break from their rudimentary lifestyles and propose a platform for day-to-day interaction and exchange of ideas while reviving the reading culture apart from being a representation of the legacy of the namesake personality.
• To re-emphasize the core institutional use of Libraries. • Provide methods to improve access to vital materials and supporting research while improving accessibilty to the general populace. • To create interactive spaces that encourage students to understand and explore various careers • To provide an interactive platform for exchange of ideas while revivng the reading culture.

fig: Site plan for the Presidential Library.
Multiple entrances in each direction provide a sense of fluidity and an interactive environment for users of the Library, Auditorium and Gallery. The green spaces around the Open Air Theatre (O.A.T.) are open to temporary structures that promote small business by setting up kiosks. The site faces a major street with heavy vehicular traffic, it is vital to separate the pedestrian access from the vehicular access. The site has pre-existing greens around its boundary and large trees that have been preserved in the final proposal. A trellis design to diffuse the harsh sunlight at the rear entry of the Library. A naturally occuring terrain allows for the design of a Open Air Theatre (O.A.T.), to entertain outdoor activities.
fig: Indoor Informal Gathering Spaces.
The library is surrounded by multiple interactive spaces which encourage users to collabrate outside the confined library spaces. The Library is divided into wings to accommodate individual users as well as groups. Areas are divided based on usability- research area, digital library, admin rooms, conference rooms.

Mt. Yukyang replica
Taking advantage of the multi - directional accessibility of the site, the proposed layout encourages movement of visitors through circular guided pathways for them to experience both The Memorial Park and the Art and Cultural Village. The JINDONGRU gate directs the visitors towards the memorial site. The reconditioned gate is now converted into a steel frame structure while still keeping the essence and value of the gate.
