OS ALAMOS RESIDENCE | SAO PAULO, BRAZIL AREA: 8,000 SQ FEET Project Statement
This 8,000 square feet residential project located in Sao Paulo district Pacaembu is designed
for a couple of artists and its two kids. Special attention was paid to client’s artistic process, collection, experiential progression, and conditions of landscape.
The name Os Alamos was inspired from my old hometown home, Los Alamos, which was sadly de-
molished two years ago. My country’s critical economic situation gave my parents no choice but to sell the house of their dreams – one they worked five years on and where they pictured the rest of their lives in. I dedicate this project to los alamos, in honor to the beautiful house in which I lived many years of uncountable and unforgettable moments.

SINAIA TRANSIT STATION | SINAIA, RUMANIA AREA: 10,000 SQ FEET Project Statement
In the historic mountain resort Sinaia, which has become very popular in the
last 20 years, the transfer from the lower level of the train station to the upper level of the city has become increasingly agglomerated. The city would like to find a solution for fast and smooth transferring of tourists from the train station to their accommodations in the resort and/or to other proximal tourist attractions. The proposed transit station will be located across the street from the historic train station on a slope of 45 degrees. Concept Statement
Inspired by the reinterpretation of torsion, the contemporary pavilion along
with its path, allows a continuous flow of people to connect between the train station and the city while it blends with the historical surroundings of sinaia, romania.

M15 | PITTSBURGH, PA, USA AREA: 35,000 SQ FEET Project Statement M15 is the home for one of Pittsburgh’s top maker communities. This project is a 35,000 sq ft building with retail maker market, maker spaces, and a residential section. M15 combines the compactness and efficiency of a courtyard building with the airiness and the expansive views of a high-rise building. The courtyard is a fragment of nature framed by facades on three sides while creating a sanctuary for the residents in the heart of the block. This concept is inspired by the idea of a community coming together with the benefit of having maximum openness with absolute privacy.
