About Project - The Co�ages at Ridge Pointe is Athens’ first-of-its-kind deluxe horizontal apartment community, featuring charming single-level, ranch-style homes. Each rental co�age boasts a variety of features including private pa�os and front-porch entryways, chef -inspired kitchens with granite countertops and subway �le backsplashes, designer ligh�ng, stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances, wide doorways, a zero-step entry into the home, walk-in closets and a�ached, single car parking.
Aim -
The aim of the owner was to design a mul�-family complex, which would provide living for nearly 52 families, in a town in Serbia.
The design is dis�nc�vely characterized with the use of modern and simple facade, in which a robust composi�on that reflects contemporary characteris�cs intended is employed, and maintain a luxury feel to the apartments designed as well.

Each of the apartments in those ‘13 units per floor’ buildings consist of; 2 bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, and two baths. In contrast, each of those included in buildings of ’13 to 14 units per floor’ have addi�onal spaces; family room, laundry, and an extra half bath for guests.

The property is zoned and framed for a 3-story 42,836 sf building consis�ng of two floors with 14,222 retail on the ground floor and 14,301 sf apartments with 14 units per floor. All preparatory work of the site has been completed and the site is ready to go ver�cal.

About Project - This new pool house was designed to be oriented towards the pool and overlooks views towards THE COTTAGE AT RIDGE POINTE. Comprising of a large bathroom and func�onal storage space, it also connects with the adjacent cooking and dining areas.

About Project - Project Scope:
The Project Scope Of Work Is To Complete The Kitchen For A Religious Building. The Building Is Currently Occupied. During The Construc�on Of The Building, The Shiv Mandir Commi�ee (Smc) Has Decided Not To Finish The Kitchen. Smc Has Now Decided To Complete The Construc�on Of Interior Equipment For The Kitchen. Smc Has Obtained The Services Of A Kitchen Designer To Design The Kitchen Equipment And The Layout.
Mechanical Drawing -
Restaurant HVAC design includes common hea�ng, ven�la�on and air condi�oning systems for conveni -ence. According to ASHRAE, high-occupancy species such as restaurants should have sufficient outdoor or treated air. In addi�on, commercial kitchen HVAC designs incorporate heat or energy recovery ven�lators to effec�vely recover heat that would otherwise be wasted. Grease vapors are exhausted using special exhaust hoods as directed by NFPA 96. If there is too much air that needs to be exhausted, the commercial kitchen ven�la�on system will require a make-up air system.

Electrical design also incorporates proper lysized electrical systems to accommodate the high power demands of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers, while ensuring electricalsafety and code compliance.

About Project - The concept of the house is very simple and consistent with the typology of the surrounding buildings. Framework on this 3857sq � plot required five bedrooms, a kitchen and a dinning room with a family room and a fireplace. The main feature of the house is an angled roof gable, which provides an addi�onal weather protec�on for the porch that opens to the courtyard.
