1 Invitation Geophysical data processing and interpretation are the most important steps to deliver information about subsurface potential resource.
Geophysical data processing and interpretation are the most important steps to deliver information about subsurface potential resource. Young geoscientists should have the ability to process geophysical data and present the result through interpretation. Collaboration of geophysicist and are highly needed in this work to get the best result. Geophysical Data Processing and Interpretation Challenge (GEOPIC) provides a challenge for college student to process geophysical data in various methods. Beside that, the processed result will be interpreted. We provide geophysical data and another suportted data such as geological data. After all, the result will be presented ang judges by the adjudicator from relevant major. 4 Event Outline Geophysical Data Processing and Interpretation Challenge 2014, officially abbreviated as GEOPIC 2014, is a team competition organized by HMGF UGM which targets geoscience major students. Here, six selected teams consisted of students from various universities throughout Indonesia will compete on how proficient they are at working with geophysical data and interpreting them. GEOPIC 2014 will be held for 3 days starting at Oktober, 24th 2014. GEOPIC 2014 will take place at one of a hotel conference hall located in Yogyakarta.

9 Facility Sponsorship If you feel our platinum, gold and silver packages do not meet your requirement, we also offer an additional sponsorship package, a facility sponsor. With this sponsorhip packages, you may gain specific benefits as explained below
WINNER’S PRIZE SPONSOR (Rp. 12.000.000,00) As a prize sponsor your company’s logo will be displayed on the winner placard and the symbolic prize board. A representative of your company may also present the placard to the winners.
LUNCH & DINNER SPONSOR (Rp. 6.000.000,00) As a prize sponsor your company’s logo will be displayed on the winner placard and the symbolic prize board. A representative of your company may also present the placard to the winners.
UNIFORM SPONSOR (Rp. 5.500.000,00) As Uniform Sponsor, your company’s logo will appear on the committee uniform (shirt) and participant uniform (polo shirt).
COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR (Rp. 2.000.000,00) As a coffee break sponsor your company’s logo will be displayed on a banner placed on the dining room and on direction signs to the dining room.
ACCOMODATION SPONSOR (Rp. 15.000.000,00) Participating as accommodations sponsor, your company’s logo will be displayed on the direction sign to the participant’s rooms and presentation room.
GOODIE BAG SPONSOR (Rp. 2.000.000,00) Goodie Bag Sponsor allows your company’s logo to be displayed on Goodie Bag which will be used by all participant during the event. Goodie Bag includes seminar kit, block notes and ballpoint.

9 Payment & Condition
All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah. All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah. Accepted payments method includes cash, bank check, bank transfer and credit card.
Sponsor’s responsibilities It is the responsibility of sponsor to provide the materials listed in the package, once the agreement has been made. The companies provide any required materials (logo, banner, door prize, profile video or presentation) in timely manner based on agreement.
Sponsor Agreements Once your preferred sponsorship package has been negotiated, the GEOPIC committee will prepare a Sponsorship Agreement for your signature. The Agreement is to be signed and returned within timeframe specified.
Sponsorship Cancellation Policy Sponsorship cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that the detailed cancelation policy will be outlined in the Terms & Conditions included with the Sponsor Agreement. The entitlements listed in this document are offered on the basis that confirmation of a sponsor’s involvement is received prior to the deadline specified by the Committee (e.g. production of promotional material). The GEOPIC committee reserves the right to amend these packages subject to change in the program format.
