WHO AM I ?
FFF • I think I am in general very happy person so even small things can light up my day, of course, my family, friends and fashion, 3f. • Going out with the people I love and spend time on something interesting for example museums or to cook together. • I think it is my knowledge, I am the person who is interested in a lot of different topics and also I have different language abilities and cultures background. • The most inspiring person for me is my mom, but also a lot of other people, everyone can inspire me with different things. • Definitely hard-working, motivated, brave people inspire me the most. • I think trust and support are the keys to every type of relationships. • Maybe my ability to listen carefully and really dive into the topic also my planning skills. • Being patient and quiet. • I think people ask me for different help but mostly for advice, also I think I can just be the person who will listen to them and that’s all. • In my family, I am mostly the central person, but in the group, with my teammates I am not taking leading roles. • Mainly I can just give a piece of motivation and orientate the person on positivity. • The worst thing will be the absence of my 3f. • I guess I am interested in various topics so for me it is important to learn and develop but in the context of AMFI its definitely branding direction.

• Creating different stories and concepts brings me a lot of joy. • I really love to think about the future and create dif• ferent scenarios in my head. • I am interested in sustainability, photography, journalism and etc. • I guess all of the fashion sectors. • It’s definitely the fact that I moved to another country and met a lot of new people. • Experience and learning different sides of fashion even tho I was focused on only one of them.
• I am quite good at the realization, organization and presentation competencies. • Soft skills: Creative and Innovative, optimistic, development orientated, driven for results, use diplomacy and tact. Hard skills: storytelling, photography, fashion history, fashion knowledge. • I think my strongest soft skill is a positive mindset, even if I don’t feel good about smth I am trying to transfor m it into something pleasant. My strongest hard skill is ability to create an interesting story. • The most unexpected skill I learned is designing (digital and analogue). I think this year taught me to reflect on my personal development which never did before. • I think I excel at balancing my creative and strategic thinking.

• I really believe in a better future, but only in the one we should create ourselves. • All of the mentioned issues and eve n more move me and evoke on actions, it really disturbs me that nowadays we still have those problems. • I would like to be meaningful to the whole world because only by uniting and working together towards development we can change the future and societ y. • I would like to see more diversity at AMFI, more sustainable solutions in supermarkets (less pla stic).
DEAR FA S H I O N I am very happy th at Dear Fashion was my fir st chapter at AMFI becaus e it gave me full insigh t into my personal relati onship with fashion and m ade me realize a lot of ne w things about the industry . I set goals in the beginn ing and reached them by th e end. My favourite challe nge was analyzing my wardr obe and calculating CMI, I never thought that I will be able to go through my whole wardrobe but it w as very helpful to get this overview. Also, I had a lot of fun during making a co mparative test, it made me realize the significant diff erence in quality, price an d other components in a sp ecific garment type.
For the final assess ment, I made an in teractive board which show ed my developmen ts step by step. I presented what was my opin ion before and after Dear Fashion. ..

Fashion Job • Decided to find a job in the fashion industry. • Learned how to behave cor rectly before, after and during the interviews. • Adjusted my CV for a fashion job with mentioning my soft and hard skill which I lear ned at AMFI. • Learned how to write a cover letter. • Made a LinkedIn account and developed it to look professional. • Applied for several vacancies, was admitted but afterwards cancelled because of Covid-19.

• Volunteered to be the communicator of the group during the first week. • Made sure to have good communication within our group. Delivered the research we made together. • Helped to deliver daily challenges. • During the second week, I was one of 5 organizers, my responsibilities were to communicate with our coach, schedule zoom meetings, update our class padlet. • Tried to maintain positivity in the class by sending funny videos from our zoom recordings. • In Addition, I and Paula wrote a storyline for the documentar y. • Explained my ideas and shared my opinions with others.

Branding • Understood that I can study a topic on my own. • Found a well-str uctured course which interests me. • Made a schedule to dedicate a cer tain amount of time per week to the course. • Analyzed the information I lear ned and got a better understanding of branding. • Used the information and knowledge I gained to perform during the labs. • The online course made me more confident in choosing the branding direction and gave me the motivation to continue self-education.

EXPERIMENT 5
Constuction and Design • Obtained hard skills in hand and machine sewing. • Experimented with different details in the design. • Understood that sometimes i need to take risks. • Started to draw and created my own designs. • Reconstructed the gar ments which I didn’t wear to bring them back to life.
