8.
To enter a new training module, double click the square in which you would like to add training. A New Prescription window will open.
Select the module from the list. Adjust the parameters of the module. Choose which days they should be repeated
If the hours are being covered by the therapist, the right option should be selected. IMPORTANT: this needs to be selected for every module you choose. 7
9.
If you look at the top of this window you will also see there are tabs for Instruction Before the Training and Instruction after the Training. This is a free text area to allow you to write instructions or messages to your client to see and follow through either pre or post training. (This could be as simple as reminding them to turn off their phone, or carrying out a particular exercise post training.)
10. Once you are happy with the settings, click OK to return to the calendar view. Continue adding training modules this way until you are satisfied with the prescription. 11.
Press OK on the calendar screen for the prescription to be uploaded to the server for delivery to your client. NB. We recommend you programme no more than 2 weeks at a time. Although the software is auto-adaptive we would expect you may want to adjust the prescription at this point based on progress and results.
If you need help at any point please select the HELP button on that screen, or the main screen, for full instructions.

We can see the progression of levels through each training session. If you select the More Details button (indicated above) you will be shown additional charts (in graph or line form) which can be adjusted to show; average value data, data from one session or data from all sessions on the: - Level - Errors - Solution Time - Breaks And much more. 9
Printing Results On the right hand side of the screen there are a number of options to print or export your data for review by yourself or a professional. This ranges from a simple level progression chart to a complex excel breakdown of statistics. You can use the Help Button on this page to learn in detail about the Reporting specific to that module, or for more information on Report Printing.

Select Module To select a module, double click on the name. If you have no previous knowledge of RehaCom, or guidance as to where to begin, it is recommended that you Start With Instruction from Level 1. The software will quickly autoadapt to a level that is challenging. It will also give you a chance to understand the instructions and get to know the controls.

Adjust Parameters If Level 1 is not challenging, the software is not adapting as quickly as you would like, or you wish to adjust the training time you can adjust the parameters by pressing the Escape (Esc) button on your keyboard. This will bring up the Therapist Menu.
You can increase the Level immediately from this screen and select Continue, or you can further investigate the Parameters using the Parameters button.
The main things to look at with all the Parameters screens (they are slightly different for each module) are: 12
Duration of Session - how long you want to work on the module Level Up / Down - the percentage of right or wrong answers you make before the software will progress or decrease your training level. If you want detailed information on the parameters select Help and a pop up will take you through each selection in detail. Once you are happy with the parameters select OK.Then begin training with, or without instruction.
Auto-Adapativity As you perform the module, RehaCom will automatically adapt the level of difficulty to suit your progress. You can press Esc at any time to pause the training and use the Continue button to recommence when you are ready. Once you have completed the training, RehaCom will save the results for review in the Results Menu. The next time you use the module, the training will commence from the level of your previous session so there should be no need to adjust the level parameters.
If you need help at any point please select the HELP button on that screen, or the main screen, for full instructions.
