Knights of Columbus Insurance Moves Up Fortune’s List Of Top Companies The Knights of Columbus Carl Anderson moved up to number 909 on Fortune magazine’s recently released 2013 ranking of America’s top 1,000 companies. Last year, Fortune’s list ranked the Knights of Columbus Insurance at 912 in total revenues among the nation’s top companies. Over the past six years, the Knights of Columbus insurance has climbed 56 spots on the list - up from 965 in 2007. The Knights of Columbus Carl Anderson does extensive charitable work worldwide, and operates as a fraternal benefit society offering protection to its members and their families through high quality life insurance, annuities, disability income insurance and long-term care insurance. The Knights of Columbus has earned the highest possible rating from A.M. Best (A++ Superior) for the past 37 consecutive years. In addition, no insurer in North America is more highly rated. The Knights of Columbus has nearly $90 billion of life insurance in force - more than twice the amount of insurance in force when Carl Anderson was elected Supreme Knight and CEO in 2000.
