whole meat chart. The design and choice of paper is well thought through to give a creative sense for cooking aswell as take away the somewhat masculine label meat, and cooking with meat has gotten. Â This is the first book in a line of three, where gris. (pig) and lamm. (lamb) is soon to follow. ko.
