A good start for Andover Town thanks to the Brothers Pattison. Adam scored one and Tom two to give them a 3-1 win over visitors Fawley for whom Ollie Bradley was on target. Something of a surprise at Downton where the home side, usually so strong at Wick Lane, went down 4-1 to Alton whose away form is often suspect. Tom Moseley scored the Downton goal with Luke Perkins (2), Liam Knight and George Bowerman giving the Brewers an impressive victory.

Still in Wiltshire and the highest scoring game in the Division as Laverstock and Ford defeated US Portsmouth by the odd goal in seven. Some familiar names among the goals as well with Chae Sykes (2), Archie Lovegrove and Russell Jones scoring for the home side and James Franklyn, Dec Seiden and Frankie Paige replying.
Andover New Street made it a double for Andover as a whole with a 2-0 win in the early kick off on the Island against Newport, courtesy of goals from Ally McCracken and Shane Lock, and Newport’s landlords, East Cowes Vics, also went down meaning all three Island sides lost. As per last season Vics travelled to Ringwood on the opening day and this time lost 3-1 – it was 4-1 last time. It was a case of the Ryans for the home side with Ryan Hamm scoring twice to add to Ryan Osman’s goal after Jimmi Burton had given the visitors the lead.

A red letter day for Follands as they scored five for the first time since November 2018 and away from home to boot. Michael Wright and Jordan Sullivan scored for Petersfield but goals from Clayd Roach and James Thomson, who both scored twice, and one from Josh Ball completed the nap hand.
Romsey Town attracted the biggest attendance of the day and rewarded them with a 2-1 win over visitors New Milton. Jack Odam and George Callard with the home goals and a Ben Cooper penalty in reply. Lastly another 2-1 result – a popular scoreline overall on the day - as Hythe & Dibden got their season off to a good start with a win at Verwood. Edgar Zanin scored for the Potters with Ethan Anders and Craig Kingswell giving the visitors the points.
