In Division One Hamworthy Recreation, who give every indication in being in the play-off spots at least at the end of the season, pulled off a creditable 4-1 win at New Milton thanks to two goals from Chris Long and one apiece from Frank Rosenwald and James King with the hosts getting the opener from Charlie Turner.

Newport won 3-1 at Verwood with two goals from Connor Kelly and one from Joe Craig – Louis McWilliams for the Potters – but Andover New Street were held to a goalless draw by the much improved East Cowes Vics on the Island.

No problems for Petersfield with goals from Archie Greenough, Matt Dougan, Alex Barsa and Marvin Orepo giving them a 4-0 victory at Andover Town.

Downton were three one ahead at the break at Fawley only for the home side to recover to three each and share the points. Dylan knight led the comeback with two aided by Adam Davis with Sam Howe, Kris Krystofowicz and Ollie Davies on the mark for the Robins.

Follands won by the odd goal in three at Totton & Eling on Friday evening, but they left it late. Silvano Obeng on his Millers debut, gave the home side the goals with the home consolation credited to Harry Smith from the penalty spot around midway through the first half, while Fleet Spurs notched up just their second win of the season in beating Millbrook 3-2 at Test Park.
