VILLA CABRERA LUMION 3D MODEL

In this project I developed my rendering skills, I learned about tones and colors for the presentation of various interior design and architecture projects. I used and make my own settings with an exceptional attention to detail in order to enhance the interior and exterior views of the residential project with aesthetic and realism. The objective of this project is to provide the client a high quality improving rendering expertise while enjoying the process.

Villa Cabrera has been a Lumion example of 3D model for years, and is still a relevant project to learn about residential rendering. With stylish design and pool views, Villa Cabrera is perfect for exploring different camera perspectives and camera tours. The building layout is also useful for learning about the orthogonal view effect. In this project, be sure to try out the different possibilities for this effect, such as doing plan and elevation views of the house.

MINIMAL SPACE FURNITURE DESIGN

CONCEPTUALIZATION ElThe project is located in the city of Iquitos. A modular space is proposed based on the construction system of wood and carpentry. A space of 5.86 and 6.07 meters is proposed, with a parametric shape and planks of 0.18 x 0.11 meters. A pleasant space designed for different activities such as leisure. This minimal space architecture proposal seeks conservation, recognition and dialogue between nature and object as part of its work.

PERMEABILITY One of the achievements of modernity was to ensure that the interior and exterior space are fluid, getting inside and outside in the project characterizes one of the properties of the modern notion of architectural space whose objective is to protect and relieve the interior, that is why the intention of this project generates the transition between inside and outside. tree.

JOINTS AND ASSEMBLY SYSTEM The assembly system is through the use of nails for the orthogonal or 90° joints, as a way to reinforce the structure and thus prevent the peinazo from moving, whether it is nailed inside or outside.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM Based on the construction system of wood and carpentry, the project has one with a parametric shape and planks of 0.18 x 0.11 meters.

POSTMODERN ART SCHOOL IN TRUJILLO ESPAÑA AVENUE 1800, TRUJILLO, LA LIBERTAD, PERU

This project is located between Sinchi Roca and España avenues, in Trujillo-Peru. Which is part of the spread of art, education and postmodernity. Postmodern art is a body of art movements that sought to contradict some aspects of modernism or some aspects that arose or developed after it. New trends became apparent in the last quarter of the 20th century, as some architects began to move away from modern functionalism that they considered boring.

This architecture is full of renewed ideas of the oriental architectural tradition, from which design strategies were extracted that approximate the definition of space. That is why the project raises this new trend, creating the illusion of space or depth where they do not really exist, in addition to the use of natural lighting.

Page | 011

MASTER PLAN Since the project is located in Trujillo, the city and metropolitan area contain important archaeological sites that are part of the cultural legacy of the Chimu and Mochica cultures. The huacas in Trujillo were monumental constructions that served the Mochica elites as places to strengthen and spread their narrative about the cosmos and the divinities. The word "huaca" in Quechua means sacred place or object. "The relationship that human beings have with art arises from their birth, manifests it in their relationship with the environment, until community." -My project starts from the dynamism of integrated and connected heights, integrating itself into the environment, as well as the presence of solids and voids that reveal the natural lighting and ventilation of the project.

BIOCLIMATIC HOUSE IN PIURA LA PROVIDENCIA, PIURA, PERU

This project was carried out based mainly on the climatic conditions presented by the city of Piura-Peru, in which the thermal comfort of the user and the optimal functionality of the spaces are sought. This architecture is built following various criteria and techniques that allow exponential savings in energy consumption. the native fauna and flora that surround the house, considering natural lighting and ventilation. Here the color of the paint on the exterior and interior walls of the house comes into play, choosing light colors and a reflective surface. But also cross ventilation systems, such as free cooling or free cooling. A natural cooling system that uses normally filtered outside air instead of recirculated inside air.

LOS OLIVOS BEDROOM DESIGN LOS OLIVOS 15307, LIMA, PERU

This project consists of the interior design of a bedroom for a 19-year-old teenager, it was planned according to her tastes and activities, resulting in a cozy, soft and minimalist space.

IMAGE OF EXISTING BEDROOM

Page | 022

Mood board As a visual representation of ideas for a design project, it adjusts more to the personality of the client. The scheme for this bedroom should be something that you find relaxing and cosy, although a quick look through our gallery of ideas suggests that there are plenty of ways to interpret that. Pale paint colours and understated patterns certainly have their moment, but as a spare room is often a great place to run riot with color and pattern

Green walls or "Vertical garden are part of climate-proof construction. What’s more, people are happier in a green environment than in grey surroundings. A living wall acts as a sound barrier to the Strip Mall. Besides, a green workplace can result in a 15% increase in productivity. Plants have a positive effect on customers satisfaction and means an increase in the property’s value.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "RIMAC" ESPAÑA AVENUE 1800, TRUJILLO, LA LIBERTAD, PERU

In recent years, the densified construction of housing in Lima has grown rapidly, as a result of the demand that exists on the part of its population. With this, the increase in the price per square meter and the continuous reduction in the areas of the housing units offered throughout Lima are reflected, with the aim that more people can access the purchase of a housing property. That is why it is proposed to positively transform the characteristics of the surrounding urban space of Rimac to optimize the spatial and environmental conditions of the environment. Neither are free recreation areas offered, which is quite questionable, since this type of service, in addition to being profitable,

helps improve the quality of life of others. The design challenge of this project is based on creating "possible alternative scenarios" that in some way respond to the place and the context, designing a mixed typology with new urban spaces, and in this way, creating new forms of social encounter that foster the citizen coexistence in today's Lima and in the new generations.
