The intervention in the 65-acre farmland in Woodland, GA, will enhace the connection between nature and its natural processes and systems with personal well-being and pleasure. This proposal is a Wellness/Spa center mainly composed of 2 buildings, pools, a reflecting pool, gardens, and farms. The composition in this specific part of the site is to reinforce the idea of moving water from the highest point to the lowest, making it go through the building, then the reflecting pool, and back to nature by depositing it in the existing pond, acting as a cascade when it rains. Furthermore, filtering the occupiable pools with natural elements, so the water can go back to nature, or be used in the gardens and farms. The building enhances the conection beteen people and nature by creating different sppaces of occupation where different senses can be activated by the relation of the building with the surrounding natural conditions.
