Like any other fruit, excessive consumption of bananas may gain weight. Bananas are favorite fruit of sportsmen, especially athletes, due to the increase in the energy they provide. It’s a simple snack, and can be put into the bag, backpack, or a child’s lunch. In addition to supplying energy, bananas help with many illnesses and conditions. They contain no cholesterol, sodium and fat, which is a clear indication that bananas are not fattening. They should be eaten fresh, without additives. Combined with milk, ice cream and cereals they are becoming harder, and then they can have a fattening effect. They are easily digestible, not retained in the body and thus prevent gaining weight. Bananas contain three natural sugars: sucrose, fructose and glucose. Along with fiber, they immediately raise energy. Two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. Versus other fruits, which should take about 15 minutes to be digested, bananas are digested for 45 minutes. That is why people feel hard after eating a banana. Do not worry, after 45 minutes you will be lighter and more energized. Bananas and other fruits for breakfast help weight loss. Results are visible after a week; therefore, bananas are not fattening. Organic fruits and none of this cannot gain weight. Bananas are rich in vitamins A and C, enzymes and rich in minerals like zinc and potassium. None of these nutrients do not increase weight. They are a good source of vitamin B6, which helps regulate blood sugar. Bananas are also a source of fiber, and help detoxify the body. So therefore, they help in losing weight. A lot of potassium, which is found in bananas, regulates blood pressure and relieves the effects of PMS. The one of bananas benefits is that they stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and help in case of anemia. They are also used in most essential oils.
